Are Your Products Made Of Real Barn Wood?

We use all NEW MATERIALS (100% Pine) to make our products, and our customers love our "Country Home Furnishings" (Please see our "Customer Comments Page"). With our unique process, that has taken several years to perfect, we feel that we produce a product that looks as close to real Barn Wood as can be achieved. That's why we use the name BarnWood Impressions. BarnWood Impressions is a Registered Trade Name.

Are The Prices Shown Already Your Wholesale Prices?
Yes, all prices on our website are already at the "Wholesale" pricing level. All prices shown also include Shipping & Handling, so there are no other charges to you, the customer; but the one you see on your screen.

Can All Of The Items On Your Website Be Shipped via UPS?
Yes, all items on our web site fall within the UPS size and weight restrictions, and can be shipped via UPS.

Can I Get A Free Price Quote On Custom Work?
Yes, we will gladly work with you on your custom order. We can work with your custom colors, sizes and designs. We can also provide you with sample colors, sketches or diagrams. Or, send us a sketch or a photo of "your" design and we will send you a free price quote. Please note: On "Custom Orders", price quotes will include actual UPS Shipping costs based on your City, State, and Zip Code. Please see "Shipping Information Page".

How Long Will It Be Before My Item/s Ship?
Depending on the season of the year, items normally ship within ten to twenty business days. However, because of the variety of colors, and finishes and since we make our other items one at a time, production times will vary. For smaller items such as vegetable bins and medicine cabinets, 10 days would be the norm. For larger items and especially CUSTOM ORDERS, production time will be two to four weeks. Please keep in mind that on "Custom Orders", that the complexity of the item and it's size is directly related to shipping time.

May I Request My Own Custom Color?
Yes, we specialize in Custom Work. This includes Custom Colors, and Custom Designs. If you have a Custom Color, we can match it. All you need do is supply us with a color sample. Custom Colors are not difficult, but do take time to mix, match, and then forward samples to the customer for approval. For this reason, there will be a nominal charge for custom colors. This charge will be based on the volume of stain or paint required to complete the work. We work successfully with e-mail photos on Custom Colors. This cuts down on the production time.

If I Order A Large "Custom Item", How Will It Be Shipped?
All items that are too large to be shipped via UPS, will be shipped by Freight Truck Line. This type of shipping costs somewhat more than UPS. UPS has limitations to the size (more than the weight) of an article they are willing to ship, so very large items must be shipped via Freight Truck Line. Shipping costs for Custom Items will be noted on any Custom Order Price Quote.
