Its overall size is size: 23 1/2H x 13W x 13D and uses standard 13 gallon kitchen trash bags.To insert trash bag, just lift the Top off of the unit, insert the trash bag stretching it over the top edge of the Trash Bin,.....then just place the Top back on the unit, and you are ready to go.
