| Returns All returns must be pre-authorized by BarnWood Impressions (No Exceptions). Once authorization has been approved by BarnWood Impressions; product/s must be returned within 5 days from date of "return approval". Return shipping is paid by the customer. Item must be returned to us with insurance coverage provided by the shipper. Your returned item must arrive in usable condition. All refunds are made for the Original Item Price, less the original shipping costs incurred by BarnWood Impressions to ship the item you purchased. Please Note: Custom Items are not returnable: This includes:
Custom Colors (all colors not listed on our Color Chart). Custom Sizes (any size not listed for a specific item). Custom Designed Products (all products that are a requested design by the customer).
