Why are they called Shaker Peg Racks?
"Shaker Pegs" are pegs just like the ones depicted in the photos above. However, their name comes from a FURNITURE STYLE, not the wood or where they are made.
The Term "Shaker" is derived from a style of furniture that has simple lines, but is extremely durable and has been around for over 100 years.
