We provide all customers with "Tracking Information" via email when their item/s ship. Each "Tracking Number" is unique. With your "Tracking Number" in hand, you can access the UPS Web Site and track your shipment across the country, or just across town. You will also be able to tell if your item is on schedule, where it is right now, and when it is "out for delivery.

Here's How:
1. Open your e-mail client and create an e-mail message addressed to totaltrack@ups.com.
2. If you are tracking a single tracking number, enter it as the subject line or within the body of the e-mail message. To track multiple shipments by e-mail, you can enter up to 25 UPS tracking numbers in the body of an e-mail message. There is no need to create a subject for the message.
3. Send the message. A detailed tracking response will be automatically returned to you.
